Food was really good and tasty only major issue was over 2 hour wait for delivery,called twice for update,girl was helpful but I was unhappy with the wait..seemingly order had to be re made but food was excellent

Got a pizza and chips for my son and a pasta for myself. The chips were freezing by time I got home as was the pizza, there was no Parmesan with the pasta and the sauce in the pasta was like soup. It was not edible at all and got binned, took 15mins over the estimated time for it to be ready to. Never had a bad experience here until now.

Waited 2 hours & 10 minutes for the food, called the shop 3 times. Food arrived and is absolutely freezing cold. Called the shop and they said that I have to request a refund online but there is no option for a refund. Absolute disgrace!

Rank!! Ordered beer battered fish that was rubbery not crispy and cold when it arrived, very bland too. Macaroni cheese wasn't much better also lukewarm. Sorry but if this is Street food I'll pass next time....total waste of money as it's gone in the bin alongside the horrid home cut chips. I presume the chef isn't Italian as no proud Italian would serve that inedible rubbish.

Waited 1 hour and 45 mins for my food, finally came and was a bit well done and cold. Not my first time ordering so bit disappointed as I know it’s usually really good.

Ordered steak pie. There was not 1 piece of meat, just a thick stringy mess. No pastry either, instead it was topped with a Yorkshire pudding??? I don't understand that. Won't be buying from here again. Wait time for order was also excessive,

An overcooked margherita pizza cut then 4 slices parma ham laid on top with a sprinkle of rocket. Tasteless Carbonara had plenty of ham but a runny sauce not an egg in sight and not authentic
